Who we are

This website is operated by Byblos Horizon International Marketing Company Sarl, trading as Byblos Horizon ("we", "us"). Registered address: Level 2, Louis Vuitton Building, 1479 Marfaa, Beirut Souks, Fakhri Bey, Allenby, Beirut, Lebanon. We also work from a secondary location in Paris, France. For any privacy question or request, write to info@bybloshorizon.com.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email, company, the service you are interested in and your message.
  • Bookings: the details you enter when booking a consultation through Microsoft Bookings.
  • Server logs: your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used for security and rate limiting.
  • Analytics and advertising data: pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location, referring site, and interactions such as clicks. This is tied to your browser only if you accept cookies. If you decline, Google and Microsoft receive cookieless signals with no identifiers, used only for aggregate measurement.

Cookies and tracking

We use only essential cookies by default. No cookies or tracking identifiers are set until you click Accept in the cookie banner. The Google tag and the Microsoft Advertising tag both load in a consent mode: before you accept, or if you click Decline, they send limited cookieless signals without identifiers, which Google and Microsoft use for aggregate conversion modelling. The Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie preferences link in the footer. If you withdraw consent, these tools stop and we clear the tracking cookies your browser lets us reach on this domain, including the Microsoft cookies _uetsid, _uetvid and _uetmsclkid.

Microsoft Clarity records session activity, including mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, so we can see how pages are used. Text you type into fields is masked and not recorded.

  • Analytics, advertising measurement and session recording: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

  • Server logs: 30 days.
  • Google Analytics data: kept for the period set in our Google Analytics property, after which Google deletes it.

International transfers

The companies listed above may store or process data outside the country you are in, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU and US Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, for example the CNIL in France.

How to request deletion or another right

  1. Email info@bybloshorizon.com with the subject "Privacy request", the email address you used with us, and what you would like us to do.
  2. We may ask you to confirm the request from that same email address so we know it is you.
  3. We reply within 30 days. We delete your enquiry and booking records from our systems, and ask our providers to do the same where they hold them for us.
  4. We confirm in writing once it is done, or explain if the law requires us to keep something.

To remove analytics data tied to your browser, use Cookie preferences to withdraw consent and clear your browser cookies.
