Both shops looked finished. Products, prices, delivery promise, all clear to a person. To a crawler, both were close to anonymous.
That gap decides more than it used to. Someone asking an assistant where to buy a gaming laptop in Lebanon is not having your homepage copy read to them. The assistant reads what the page declares about itself, and quotes what it can attribute.
The system
Six steps, run in this order
The order matters as much as the list. Measurement is repaired before anything is optimised, because optimising against numbers you cannot trust is how a quarter disappears.

Before anything changes
Read the shop the way a machine reads it
Open the page source, not the page. A shop can look finished to a person and say almost nothing to a crawler: no business type, no market, no catalogue structure. We list what the site actually declares about itself, which is usually far less than the owner expects.

Entity layer
Give the business a name a machine recognises
Both stores now declare a specific schema.org type rather than a generic one: ComputerStore for JAK, ElectronicsStore for Hamdan, each alongside Organization and WebSite. A specific type answers the question being asked. A generic Organization describes a company in the abstract, which helps nobody searching for a laptop.

Rendering
Put it in the HTML, not in a script
Structured data added by JavaScript after load is invisible to crawlers that never run JavaScript, and several AI crawlers do not. Every block on both sites is server rendered, present in the first response. This one distinction decides whether the rest of the work counts at all.

Market signals
Point the catalogue at the country it sells to
JAK's products were targeted at the United States because the store prices in dollars, so listings were refused rather than shown and much of the catalogue was missing from search. Targeting, currency handling and local signals were corrected so the shop is offered to the market it actually serves.

Measurement
Make the numbers trustworthy before optimising them
The same purchases were being counted by three tracking sources at once, so every judgement about what was working rested on inflated figures. Duplicate sources were removed, conversion identifiers aligned with the product feed, and cost of goods mapped so margin is visible rather than assumed.

Traffic quality
Separate real demand from automated noise
Heavy automated traffic from outside Lebanon made the analytics look like growth. It was filtered at the network layer rather than hidden in reporting, because a dashboard that flatters you is worse than no dashboard at all.

The caveat, because we publish those too: search position moves with the searcher's location, device, history and the day. These were checked on one date, from one country, on one machine. Run them yourself and the order may differ. The method is written down precisely so that you can.

- JAK Computers declares ComputerStore, Organization, WebSite and Product, across six structured data blocks.
- Hamdan Electronics declares ElectronicsStore, Organization, WebSite and BreadcrumbList, with a canonical tag, a single H1, a 67 character title and a 155 character description. Both lengths sit inside what a search result will display.
It is in the source, not injected afterwards, which is the point of step three.

The same system, on this site
A studio that cannot show its own work is asking for trust it has not earned. bybloshorizon.com is built on the six steps above and is auditable the same way.
- Every page declares its entity: ProfessionalService and Organization for the studio, BlogPosting on articles, FAQPage on questions, BreadcrumbList on paths, Person on authorship.
- Answers are written into the HTML rather than hidden behind a click, so a crawler that never runs JavaScript still reads them.
- The Lebanon cost calculator publishes its figures as a Dataset with a methodology page naming every source, because original data is what assistants quote and opinions are not.
- A guard script runs on every build and fails on a broken link, a missing description, a duplicate H1 or a page absent from the sitemap. A standard that is not enforced is a preference.

What is not finished yet
JAK does not yet carry BreadcrumbList, which Hamdan does. It is on the list.
Neither client has published Search Console data here, so this page shows position and not traffic. Position is a snapshot. Traffic is the trend, and the trend is the better number. When it can be shown with permission, it will be added.
